Louisiana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics 2023 Annual Meeting will be an IN-PERSON event on March 9th and March 10th at the Cook Hotel and Conference Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Each day will consist of educational presentations, a poster session, and networking events. Attendees will be able to earn continuing education credits and network with their colleagues from around the state face-to-face! Click the button below to secure your spot.
There will also be a Happy Hour Event from 5:30 pm – 7:30pm with food and drinks! Please indicate if you are interested in attending when registering. There is no additional charge to attend.
Registration can be for one of the days or both. Register noting the following tips:
- Log in using your Academy ID number as your username
- Use the password for eatrightpro.org
- If you are selecting only one day, please be sure to select the desired day from the menu
- Student non-members of LAND (members of The Academy but listed under an address outside of LA), you will need to email LAND@eatrightlouisiana.org from your school email address for student pricing for the full conference.
Call for Poster Presenters
The Louisiana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (LAND) will hold its Annual Conference on March 9-10, 2023 in Baton Rouge at the Cook Hotel and Conference Center at LSU. Posters will be allocated table space – please utilize a tri-fold or other self standing format. They will also be posted on the website so a PDF in landscape should also be submitted for posting.
In order for your poster to be considered, you will need to complete this form in its entirety. The deadline for submission is Friday, February 3, 2023. After the deadline, LAND will provide you with specific formatting guidelines and next steps to ensure your poster is displayed on the website.

Lodging Reservations
A room block has been set aside for attendees of the LAND Annual Conference at the Cook Hotel at LSU. Rooms can be reserved at $119 per night. Reserve by February 8, 2023.
